* Booking Deposit: For every service booked a 25% deposit will need to be collected during the booking process to secure your event.

* Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your event you will receive your 25% deposit back in full unless cancelled within 24 hours of the event.

* Travel Fee: If the destination of the party is over 10km away from the Business Headquarters (located in Concord NSW), then an additional $2/km will be charged as a travel fee. E.g. If your party is located 25 km away from the HQ, then only 15km of those will be charged, making it a travel fee of $30. We thank you for your understanding!

*10% OFF Loyalty Discount: If you have purchased a service from us before, you are eligible for our Loyalty Discount, which is 10% off the total amount of your next service. This is great if you have multiple children in the one year, or if you want us again for the next year's event! 

T&C's: This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or sale. This offer is only applicable to small, private events such as birthday parties and christenings, hosted by parents and guardians and not on behalf of a business.
